Bug Description
Virtual folders seem to generate summary lines using the cached data of the underlying real folders. This is inappropriate because the summary-format is buffer-local. Virtual folders should generate their own summary lines.

Fixed in rev. 1430.
But, the fix had to be reverted in rev. 1435 because it was causing errors for virtual folder summaries.
