Bug Description
When a new folder name is entered in response to a prompt, it would be good if VM asks for confirmation of whether the new folder should be created.
Otherwise, typos could be accepted and messages saved into some erroneous folder.

Well, this seems to have been fixed at some point.
The problem at present is the opposite. VM doesn't create a new IMAP folders for saving, which means that they have to be separately created manually.
