vm-forwarded-headers

The variable vm-forwarded-headers becomes ineffective if vm-unforwarded-header-regexp is non-nil. This interference seems totally unnecessarily. Remove it.

I just noticed that non of the headers are forwarded by default (at least for me). this includes the from and date, for example. wouldn't it make sense to forward all headers by default, and then allow people to use these variables to change this behavior? I think all headers used to be forwarded previously, not sure when this changed. cheers, E
