Bug Description

After upgrading to emacs 25 (emacs-25.0.94-1.fc24.x86_64 on Fedora) the po-send-mail (bound to M) function isn't working any more. It asks the usual questions, but the resulting mail buffer to be sent is completely base64-encoded. That is, even the header of the mail is encoded! The mail can not be sent.

Am I getting senile?

po-send-mail is a function in another emacs lisp package. It has nothing to do with VM. I don't know why I reported it here. I must have been more confused than usual.

Even more, I did report it to the appropriate place one month later (http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-gettext/2016-07/msg00027.html). I guess I had forgotten I had reported it here by then.

Sorry for the spam!
