Bug Description
Josh Braun reports (viewmail-info, 2013-12-15):
When emacs-w3m is used for reading html messages, one can do C-u ENTER on URL's to force opening links which are considered "unsafe" by emacs-w3m.
Emacs browse-url now uses C-u ENTER for opening links in external browsers.
There is a (weak) conflict in key bindings.
