Funny problem with IMAP cache folders

When you delete an IMAP folder on the server, the cache folder on the disk should be removed too.

If you create a new IMAP folder with the same name as an old one, the old cache folder gets reused for it. All its messages have no counterparts on the server. But they appear when you visit the IMAP folder and the user likely to get terribly confused about it.

Renaming IMAP folders should be treated the same way too.
