save-some-buffers for POP/IMAP folders

Bug Description

Doing save-some-buffers allows one to save VM folders to disk, but doesn't update the servers for POP/IMAP folders.

Worse, after doing `save-some-buffers', if one does a normal `vm-quit', that doesn't synchronize with the server either, because the folder is marked as saved.

Created an experimental branch `before-save-hook' to deal with this issue.
