Bug Description

hi Uday, I am enjoying the interaction between vm/iPhone/Mac Mail/gmail web interface tremendously, really great. wanted to mention a few ideas for possible enhancements, nothing too critical:

1) how about adding the flag/unflag operations to the vm mark menu. I find this function very helpful, and have it bound to ! as you suggested, but recall the difficulties I had finding it initially. This flagging works across the Mac Mail/gmail/ vm very nicely.

2) when I look at flagged messages (using V!) and clear some of the flags, I would expect "g" to refresh the summary buffer, eliminate the messages that are no longer flagged, and search for new flagged messages on the server. Instead, I need to quit that virtual folder and do V! again from the main vm summary. doing V! from the virtual folder looks only within that folder and doesn't look for new flagged messages on the server.

3) finally, some clients (Mac Mail) have the option of deleting attachments on the server. This is very helpful when a large attachment takes too much space and is not needed. I can now delete attachments locally, but they do remain on the server.

all the best, Eli

I think what you need here is a `vm-refresh' command that can regenerate a
virtual folder when the base folders change.

yes, makes sense. and perhaps if one does "g" in a virtual folder,
there could be an option to make this automatically do a vm-refresh in
addition to fetching changes from the server...
