folded flag

The current version of VM is supposed to set the folded-flag to t for all messages whose summary is folded, and nil for others. These flags should be stuffed into the folder and written to disk.

When the folder is read back, the threads with the folded flag should be folded and others expanded.

Testing reveals that all this is not happening perfectly. Needs to be fixed.

This bug ranks high in priority because it seems to lead to needless folder modifications, which make life harder for people that use read-only folders.
