Spurious UIDVALIDITY change report

The message log from a VM session has this:

udrimap: Checking for new mail for udrimap...
missing CR before LF - IMAP connection may have a problem
udrimap: Folder's UID VALIDITY value has changed on the server. Refresh cache? (y or n)

The IMAP trace buffer shows:

> VM OK Logged in.
>
> VM SELECT "INBOX"
>
> Process IMAP connection broken by remote peer

So, it appears that VM wrongly recovered from the server disconnect and concluded that it received a wrong UID VALIDITY value.
