Heat Stacks filter in the Entity Graph is not updated on auto-refresh

Bug Description
The Heat Stacks filter in Vitrage Entity Graph is not updated if the graph is refreshed by the "auto-refresh" model.
To reproduce:
- open the entity graph
- make sure "auto refresh" is checked
- create a new Heat stack
- wait for the stack to automatically appear in the graph
- click the "all Heat stacks" drop down. The new stack is not in the list.
- refresh the entire page
- click the "all Heat stacks" drop down. The new stack is in the list.
Expected behavior: The new stack should appear in the list immediately
