alert when an orange or red error occur

When an error (or an exception) occurs an info alert has to be shown, or the messages window has to be open.

it would be useful to show also other error messages in an alert window, the alert could say something like "an error occurred, please check the error in the messages window".

one example: try to export a project into the folder "/home" tar process will fail (no write permissions) but no errors will be shown

i think all the messages marked with orange and red into the messages window have to be "alerted"

All orange messages are warnings and they are relevant only to developers. If a warning should be shown to the user then it should considered as a bug in the code and the warning must be promoted to error. A bug report should be open for every warning that must be promoted.

All red message are errors and all errors are shown to the user. An additional effort must be made to hide an error to the user but still possible because they are verbose and they could be confusing. If an error is hidden and it should not than is a bug. Please open a bug report for every error that is mistakenly hidden.
