Bug Description

The module vineyard/pages/programs_new.py is missing, propably not commited to the repository. It is first mentioned in r368.

I didn't add it yet since I haven't actually done any work on it, but since I'll probably forget to add it later it's a good thing you reminded me :)

It's not actually low status - the package was imported unconditionally, so the missing file blocked the vineyard-prefs from launching.
