Bug Description

After clicking on Translate if I try to change the language (e.g.-French, Spanish), no change is seen in the editing box.

information type: Public → Private
information type: Private → Public

This bug does not affect me. I see a change in the box. After you change a language with the dropdown, the edit box shows 'Blank Content'. Thus, the translation has not been made. Swaroop, maybe in your scenario the content has been saved to the database but its still in English.

An enhancement I would like to suggest is users can specify their own Locale. After you change the locale yourself the box does not update, and I think it should.
