Resource Pages - Empty List of Templates in Create New Resource Page

Bug Description
Don't choose a event, just go to Administration
Go to Resource Pages, click Create New
Add Events(if you want), either way, if you check Templates(in Use Existing), it just an empty list.
If you choose a event before, after changing it(In the form), it does not update the template list.
