Fix Flex in the Mac compilation

At the moment, the following line is commented in the compilation script:

#flex -o $parser/Generated/lexer.cpp $parser/flex.ll

This should be fixed so that it is working as it should in the long run.

Its a question whether it is something we can change in the script or something that is related to flex itself... To me, it seems that the grammar is implemented in the most natural way as it is now and we tried a few alternatives but they did not fix it..

In any case, we (Me and Lasse) cannot investigate/fix this bug as it is related to flex on Mac.. Flex on Ubuntu produces the correct results..

"Script" should be read as "grammar file" in the comment above.

Script actually refers to compile-mac-32-64.sh script where this line is at the moment commented out.
