Bug Description

Relatedly, the copy of the vellum manual .pdf that was also there is also now unavailable.

Most of the annoucements have a ref to the site someplace, and they show up in google. They need an update to them ponting at the new site, or maybe just a new announcement saying 'New Website at http://xxxxxx!'

Removal is half of it; putting the new site in is the other half.

It is also still referenced in the pypi cheese shop. So people can't use easy_install.
