Bug Description
Sometimes the user is not in front of the computer, and can miss some of the reported repository updates
There should be a way to view all of the recent updates.
For a UI, I suggest adopting OnTV's approach of an applet button popup (It's pythonic too :) )

If it's possible to detect user inactivity, then VCS Frenzy could assume a notification has been missed by the user and the applet icon could light up accordingly.
