show all "unknown" revisions instead of just the latest one

Bug Description
When clicking on "Refresh config" the last config is displayed.
This has several drawbacks:
* The last one can be displayed multiple times, thus confusing the user: "have I seen this already?"
* If several updates were made since the last check, they will not be displayed.
Storing the last-known revision number in the config file may provide a solution.
When implementing, be careful to put a limit on the number of notifications. If too many revisions were made, they would spam the screen with messages.
