Bug Description
Hello,
Currently there appears to be a limitation with the vault charm that certificates and csr's of different key-bit lengths cannot be generated, and they are always just 2048-bit. I believe it would be beneficial to have this functionality[1] exposed in the charm. I suppose I envision it being available and used similar to how the misc ttl configure options are currently available, to configure a default key_bit length.
