Bug Description
With multiple units (HA) of vault unsealed the output to `juju status` shows, what appears to be all except the first unsealed unit, as still being sealed. The attachment shows the state after all units of a three-unit cluster have been unsealed (unit vault/1 was the first to be unsealed).
