This is a dummy bug pinned at the top of the Launchpad tracker to hopefully direct people to GitHub, which is a lot easier to manage (it supports mass issue operations etc.).

Not sure exactly when Variety started doing it, probably last update....but now it's displaying bigger than the screen i.e. it cuts off about 20% ish from top and bottom....can't see any relevant settings to tinker with?

my bad!!! 'twasn't variety at all....seems setting under dekstop had changed itself to zoom, somehow.....that was really doing my nut! :-(
