Bug Description
It would be nice if there was an option to limit downloading new wallpapers to after hours or when the computer is idle. For two reasons:
- My ISP caps my data usage during the day but between 2 and 5AM its unlimited/free.
- I find that downloads seem to impact my system performance
I rotate my wallpapers every 10 minutes and frequently delete wallpapers I don't like. There's really no need to download wallpapers while I'm using my computer.
While I'm using my computer it can rotate through previously downloaded wallpapers or favourites

Sorry, but this goes against the desire to remove all the download scheduling options.
