Need HiDPI icon for notification area

Bug Description
The icon in the notification area doesn't scale well (it becomes blurry) when the scaling factor is set to 1.5 in Ubuntu / System Settings / Screen Display. I have a 4k monitor, so I've increased this value from the default of 1.0 so that the UI is not too small.
The other icons aren't blurry, so I'm guessing there is a way to fix this.
