Bug Description
I love flexibility of Variety, and in particular the download capability, but I noticed very quickly that it doesn't do such a great job of randomly selecting images for wallpaper. In my existing directories, I have over 2,000 images, sorted by category into several sub-directories. Within the structure where Variety download files, I currently have less than 300 images. If the selection algorithm was distributed across all the files, I'd expect the download images to show up a lot less than those from my personal collection, yet not only do the Variety folder images show up more, but I see a the same images repeated a lot.
Specific request: better random selection across all available images.

Newly downloaded files are given priority, by design. Already existing files within all folders (downloads or not) are treated equally, as long as they match the filtering criteria (the option to only use landscape oriented images is On by default).
Adjust your download interval if you want to see existing files more often than new downloads.
