Happens everytime variety used in that DE. Other DE ( XFCE & Unity ) working fine for me.

I can confirm this also happens to me as well, using the same cinnamon ppa, but on ubuntu 15.10.

James: No, but I've pushed a bugfix release to the PPA. But there is no related new tag and I haven't bumped up the version.
