No Support for MDM

Bug Description

Like LDM, MDM can support using a single file the way LDM does for the use in a background, but the file name can't change, or MDM scaps the idea altogether and loads the default when the numbers after variety-copied-wallpaper-########## changes. This is especially true if the clock is running or changing backgrounds frequently.

Changing the name is required under some DEs, or they won't reload the wallpaper.
What are the exact requirements of MDM for this to work?
You can tweak ~/.config/variety/scripts/set_wallpaper to work under MDM, send me a patch with the changes if you succeed.
