Bug Description

I am an Ubuntu user with the AMD Proprietary drivers, using unity of course

I assure you there is nothing wrong with your software, I'm essentially having problems with ubuntu making the wallpaper transitions choppy

I did some digging and I found this package:
compiz-fusion-plugins-extra

Its a pack of 3rd party plugins for compiz that do various things

Contained is a plugin called "Wallpapers" its a plugin used to render the desktop wallpaper, I bypassed the one that is default to ubuntu and it instantly gave me a buttery smooth desktop experience

The Plugin is so user-unfriendly Mind you: ~ list for you
~ You Have to select individual wallpapers
~ lack of support for image extensions like .svg, .ai

Sorry for the inconvinience, thank you for your time

Sorry, I completely don't understand what you want from Variety here and how Variety relates to this compiz plugin you talk about.
