variety does not work with Cinnamon 1.8.8

Bug Description
The error are unnecessary "" in the file ~ / .config / variety / scripts / set_wallpaper in section Cinnamon. Properly, this line should look like:
gsettings set org.cinnamon.

The quotes are necessary as there might be spaces in the filename.
However there was some problem with the quotes themselves - I was using some unicode quote characters instead of the ordinary ascii quote character. And it didn't show up in my editor, and also things run OK on Cinnamon 1.8.2 so I haven't noticed it.
