Bug Description
QuotesDaddy has recently made some changes that break Variety - their so-called "random" RSS feeds no more return random quotes on every reload, but return one and the same quote during the whole day (? - or some other long period). This means that once a user specifies a tag or author they start seeing just one quote that does not change.
The proper solution to this consists of several steps:
1. Make quote providers pluginnable - users should be able to fairly easily create and use custom quote providers
2. Find and implement support for a couple of better services than QuotesDaddy for the default quote providers
