file browser can't find icons on Windows

Bug Description
The Val(a)IDE 0.7.1 console prints these messages:
(valide.exe:2120): Gtk-WARNING **: Could not find the icon
'"C:\Program Files (x
86)\VideoLAN\
was not found either, perhaps you need to install it.

With the file browser disabled, the error messages disappear.
