IDEA: Area off list

We need a command that shows all the areas you have currently turned off pathfinding for, at a glance. I'm thinking something like this:
'area off list'
Areas you have turned off:
 Mhaldor. Island of the Northern Vashnars
 Cyrene Shallam

[keneanung (flori-1990)]

That's how it looks like:

area list off
[Vadi]: Areas:
 (x) Mhaldor.
 (*) Sewers of Mhaldor.

  * - Mapped entirely. x - Mapped partially.

Whatcha think? (It's based on area list)
