app should not require network permission

As long as there is no other possibility to restrict network access to apps with phone-settings, utorch should not have access to network. My question is, for what purpose it have??

It looks like network permission is default when you create new project in Ubuntu SDK and this is the simple reason why it has this permission still there. I might be wrong but I guess because of this there is large number of apps in the store which don't use network at all and have network permission in apparmor.
uTorch don't use network at all, I'll change permissions in next release and thanks for reporting this bug.
