UTAH fails to install trusty ISO using default-preseed.cfg

Bug Description
I tried to run the following:
sudo -i -u utah run_utah_tests.py -d -i /media/
and got a failure to install the ISO.

To workaround the issue I edited /etc/utah/config and changed the installpackages variable to use gdebi-core instead of gdebi since this is a server ISO install and the installation proceeded further.
