Bug Description
The UTAH dynamic runlist code cuts test IDs. This has the effect that test ids shown on the QA dashboard site show incorrect Ids.
It's important that test Ids are fully preserved, since they're the canonical identifier for the test code. If you want to re-run the test, you need that test id.
