Bug Description
UTAH doesn't clean up /tmp correctly
On aldebaran:
$ du -ch /tmp/utah*|tail -1
56G total
$ ls /tmp/utah*|wc -l
23250
That's 26% of the system device
On alderamin:
$ du -sch utah*|tail -1
9.9G total
