Bug Description

UTAH should take advantage of ubiquity/failure_command in preseed files to
detect when a desktop installation fails.

Regarding installations that use debian-installer, I've received the following advice:
grepping for 'exited with status [^0]' should do it ...

This bug is related to bug1126115 which handles the part of reporting problems
found in the late_command, not in the installation itself.
