Bug Description

Recently in the lab, we ran out of loop devices because we had mounted too many ISOs for baremetal installations. If this happens, a clear exception should be raised.

Additionally, we could look into ways of avoiding this. Maybe mounting the ISO and extracting the files would be better, since loop devices are a more constrained resource than disk space.
