Bug Description
According to Max, utah will save out the preseed file used if debug is turned on, but not by default. I'd like to see it do this by default, because in many of the problems it's helpful to have the preseed to attach to the bug. Attaching the preseed makes it easier for a developer to reproduce the environment we're seeing the problem in.

I'm testing a new option for the scripts, --outputpreseed. This will copy the final preseed used to install the machine into /var/log/
