Bug Description
casper/vmlinuz has been renamed to casper/vmlinuz.efi in the new amd64 images and therefore the static validation tests need to be adjusted accordingly.
According to the release team the renaming was necessary for 'installer reasons'. Also this efi image will still install on non-uefi systems too. Hence not a functional change in that respect.
