Bug Description
Similar to what we're doing elsewhere, we going to rework userwebkit into a Python package (rather than a single Python module) and start installing the unit tests. You'll be able to run the unit tests against the installed package like this:
python3 -m userwebkit.
This is so we can run the unit tests against the installed package as part of our release validation. For more info, see this post:
