Bug Description
In the 11.12 release we're going to have Dmedia be the process to start CouchDB:

Till WebKit bug 70k is solved, we need to run CouchDB with no auth (the open admin party mode):
https:/
So UserCouch needs to allow this appropriate setup. This is still useful to have (say for unit testing) even once no longer needed as a work-around.
