Add link to hide/show use case diagrams on the spec home page
On a spec home page the use case diagrams should be hidden by default. Add a link to toggle the diagrams being shown/hidden. The link should be placed on the same line as the title "Use Cases" and aligned to the far right. The link text should be "Show use case maps" or "Hide use case maps".
