Navigating to a use case mapper URL when not signed in causes an error.

To reproduce:

1. fully sign out of google docs and use case mapper

2. go to http://use-case-mapper.canonical.com/specifications/0AU5sFuLRpCpBZGZra2pqY2pfMjY1ZjRodG5nZDg/use_cases/2_3_A/steps/2_c_2

3. Read the "We're sorry, but something went wrong." message ;-)
