"This space cannot be empty" text poping up at wrong time on call_center.html

When you are adding a need, click "Add an Address" at the bottom. When the window pop-ups up for you to ad the address, click on "Cancel" at the bottom. As the window closes, there is a long second where the "This space cannot be empty" text pops-up to the right of the "Street" field. I cannot enclose a screen shot because it happens so fast, but it is really noticeable. Just follow the instructions above and you should see it fine.
