Can not use moderator's reddit features

Hi,

When browsing a subreaddit, or a post from a subreddit where you are a moderator, you can't do moderator-level actions.

Example of wishlist features :

 * un/stick a post
 * comment/link: "speak officially"
 * add in a subreddit tab (newset, top, controlversal, …), a tab to see the moderation queue (all post/comment from shadow-banned users, reported link/comment and all)
 * approve a post/comment (mean we can access the moderation queue)
 * remove a post/comment (not spam)
 * remove a post/coment (spam)
 * apply a flair to a link ( https://www.reddit.com/api/flairselector?link=codeLinkHere&r=subredditHere&renderstyle=htmlButMaybeThereIsJson&uh=blblablaabla )
 * …
