App feedback is lacking

I am aggregating issues related to scenarios where the feedback provided by the app is lacking and thereby can leave the users cluesless.

- No visual indication of content loading

When I first opened ureadit and switched between Top, New and Hot, ureadit didn't show any indication of the content being loaded. May be a slick progress bar or activity indicator would help.

- No visual feedback when pressing on a reddit post

When I press on a reddit post, it takes sometimes 1-2 seconds before the post opens. During that time, I am unsure if I actually clicked on the post or not due to lack of visual feedback. I would recommend a visual feedback similar to when pressing on the listitem provided by the ubuntu sdk.
