Cannot add or edit pages in wiki

I'd like to add stations. I understand the database is part of the wiki at http://uradio.foroubuntu.es and I need an account to add stations. I have created an account for the wiki and can log in, but I cannot edit pages (no edit link). Trying to create a new page, I get the error:
 "There is currently no text in this page. You can search for this page title in other pages, or search the related logs, but you do not have permission to create this page."
Obviously, my user is lacking edit privileges in the wiki.
Am I doing something wrong or is the wiki malconfigured?
