Bug Description

I was looking into the state of user sessions in upstart and ran the user session test on my Oneiric box:

kamstrup@deepthought:~/Canonical/upstart/MASTER$ util/tests/test_user_sessions.sh

Running user session tests as user 'kamstrup' (uid 1000, gid 1000) in directory '/home/kamstrup/.init/tmp.NVN07Oemph'

Testing user job running a binary
,...ensure 'initctl' recognises job
...ensure 'status' recognises job
tmp.NVN07Oemph/binary_test stop/waiting
...ensure job can be started
start: Rejected send message, 1 matched rules; type="method_call", sender=":1.94" (uid=1000 pid=5661 comm="start tmp.NVN07Oemph/binary_test ") interface="com.ubuntu.Upstart0_6.Job" member="Start" error name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination="com.ubuntu.Upstart" (uid=0 pid=1 comm="/sbin/init")
BAD: wrong value for 'start tmp.NVN07Oemph/binary_test ', expected '0' got '1'

I learned that user sessions are disabled in Ubuntu 11.10 - perhaps the bug is then that there should be a clearer error message?
