init: support output of starting tasks to console

Bug Description

Binary package hint: upstart

Rescue mode still starts a significant number of services which may render the system unbootable (mountall, plymouth, etc), it would be helpful to provide a "Starting task..." message on the console, this would allow to easily identify the task leading to the hang.
